Two weeks ago we launched Vertical, an open platform for publishing. We've had a great time working with creators on our platform to publish their original content and showcase their thoughts and ideas to the world. It's genuinely been a rollercoaster of a ride so far and we're only just getting started.

For this next chapter of Vertical, we're excited to partner with the most ambitious web3 creators to empower their voices. Our goal is to foster the best platform for web3 creators and thought leaders. That is why we are doubling down on investing back into the community that makes Vertical possible.

The distribution is determined from an internal set of objective and subjective criteria measuring quality of content and reader engagement. We do our best to make sure that the methodology is as fair as possible. In general, we suggest posting unique, high-quality content and attracting readers to engage with the content.

Vertical is a platform that allows anyone to explore and publish content.

Content published on Vertical is cryptographically signed by the user and stored on Arweave, a decentralized permanent store of data used by hundreds of projects. In turn, users have the freedom to view and verify all content by accessing it on Arweave as well as Vertical.
